Legacy Villas HOA Board is pleased to announce that beginning on 9/1/26 The Management Trust Arizona (TMT) will serve the professional management needs of Legacy Villas Homeowners. A letter was sent to all homeowners on August 10th which included your account information and a link to their Homeowner Portal where you will have access to your account to make and set up payments, access forms, set communication preferences and acquaint yourself with the community. You can access the homeowner portal by navigating to: my.managmenttrust.com. In the Log In section, select ‘Sign Up’ to enter your unique Registration Key that was included in the letter and email sent to you to access your account.

Payment Assessments: You will be receiving your initial billing information from TMT shortly. NOTE that not all documentation has been forwarded by the prior management company yet. Any past due or credit balances will be reflected on your account as soon as available.
