The Annual Meeting of the Legacy Villas Homeowners Association will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Deer Valley Community Center, Meeting Room # 7, located at 2001 W. Walhalla Ln (off of 19th Ave, south of the 101 Freeway). Parking is on the west side of building. Sign-in will begin at 6:00 PM.
A 10% turnout of eligible voters (homeowners) is required for a quorum.
Please plan to attend and participate in decisions which affect you and your
property as well as our community as a whole. Each Unit/Lot is entitled to
cast one ballot. If there is more than one owner per lot, please designate one
individual to cast a ballot for all. Owners must be current on all assessments, monetary penalties or other fees and charges in order to vote.
Ballots were both mailed and emailed to all homeowners. Ballots may be returned by mail, to be received by 10/9/2026, emailed to AZBallot@themanagementtrust.com or in person at the meeting. Three Board Members are running for re-election.
Agenda items include: overview of current year activities, current financial
status, 2027 Budget, future projects, election to the Board
of Directors and residents’ questions and concerns. Homeowners are urged to attend the meeting in order to learn first-hand what is happening in the community.
