In August 2025, members of the Architectural Committee began the process of inspecting the homes in Legacy Villas for paint and stucco integrity. We are checking if homes have fading or degraded paint or stucco.
Legacy Villas is an HOA community. By purchasing a home in our community, homeowners contractually agree to abide by our Covenants and Guidelines. One responsibility of the Board is to enforce our CC&Rs, Architectural Guidelines, and Paint Policy. The purpose is to keep our community beautiful to maintain our property values. These policies serve the purpose of giving structure to our community.
If you receive a Request to Repaint letter of violation, it will include an observation form that states the problems observed and repainting instructions.
