Board Meetings were moved in September 2026 to the 2nd Wednesday of each month @ 6:00pm via ZOOM unless otherwise noted. The location and time of each meeting will be noted in the emailed meeting announcement from cs@managementtrust.com and will also be posted on the bulletin board near our mailboxes a week before each meeting. Tentative meeting dates for 2026 are:

HOA Dues are currently $125 per quarter and are due on the first day of January, April, July and October. Dues are collected by our management company, TMT, (480) 284-5551. Make your check payable to LEGACY VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION and include your full account number on the check or money order. Mail to: PO Box 98151, Las Vegas, NY 89193-8151.

Online Bill Pay for HOA Dues – You may setup online bill pay through your own banking provider. Please ensure your full account number is listed as well as the following remittance address: PO Box 98151, Las Vegas, NY 89193-8151. The Payee is LEGACY VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.

Street Sweeping will be conducted during the day. Please do not park your vehicles on the street on these dates on Tuesday in 2024:

No Overnight Parking is allowed on our streets as per our CC&Rs. Cars in violation are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Temporary short-term parking passes may be obtained for a $20 refundable fee from the HOA Board by emailing cs@managementtrust.comPlease email your request 48 hours prior to needing the temporary parking pass.  They need time to contact you if all required information was not initially received, notify the tow company, as well as you picking up the parking pass.  When emailing for a temporary pass, include ALL of the following:  1).Address, 2).Date(s), 3).Vehicle Make/Model & 4).License Plate #

Property Inspections are now done randomly every two weeks by The Management Trust Arizona (TMT). It is the responsibility of each homeowner to ensure their property is not in violation of our community Rules, Regulations and Community Guidelines.

Landscaping, Painting or Exterior Changes to your Property & Home – Answers to questions on changes to landscape, painting your home or any other external variances to your property can be found in our Documents Center and on the TMT website at http: my.managementtrust.com. You may also email cs@managementtrust.com

Regular Trash collections is on Thursday and is not impacted by any holidays during 2026 except for November 26th (Friday collection). Please remove all receptacles from view from the street no later than noon Saturday in November.

Bulk Track Pickup is now an appointment-based collection system for bulk trash items. Go to City of Phoenix website for details or to schedule a pickup: https://www.phoenix.gov/publicworks/garbage/bulktrash

Once you have scheduled, email cs@managementtrust.com to let us know in case there are any questions as to why your trash receptacle is being left out.

– Place trash in the front of your property near the sidewalk or, if there is no sidewalk in front of your home, place trash on the front of your property near the street. Do not place your bulk trash on the sidewalk or the street. Go to: phoenix.gov/publicworks/bulktrash to see what will and will NOT be picked up.

Street Sweeping is done once every three months on the 3rd Tuesday. You will receive an emailed reminder.  If possible please avoid parking on the street.
