Our History: Legacy Villas is a proud community of 93 single-family homes located in North Central Phoenix near N. 19th Ave. & W. Greenway Pkwy. Established in November 1994 under the name Turf Village II, the original homeowner’s association was called Twenty Second Avenue Homeowner’s Association. Turf Village II was transferred in June 1997 into the name Legacy Villas, LLC. And in July 1997, the stockholders of Twenty Second Avenue Estates amended Article I and changed the name of their homeowner’s association to Legacy Villas Homeowners Association.
Our HOA Board Members are dedicated to ensuring the beauty, safety, and stability of our community, promoting neighborliness and pride among the residents, and forming a base for representation in matters affecting the community.

A Welcome to New Homeowners and Renters in the Community
The Legacy Villas Homeowners Board of Directors would like to welcome you to the community. We are excited to have you become a part of our neighborhood.
Every new homeowner receives a CD or a paper copy of our Legacy Villas CC&Rs (Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) in their mortgage closing packet. You should have also received a copy of the Legacy Villas Rules, Procedures & Deign Guidelines 8-21-2019. If you are a tenant, your landlord should have provided you with a copy of these documents. Please do take the time to review both so you stay in compliance with our community rules and regulations to help to keep our neighborhood beautiful and our property values as high as possible.
